The Center for School Health Innovation & Quality has received a grant from the Moses Taylor Foundation to investigate best practices in school nursing staffing, developing a pipeline for future school nurses, substitutes, as well as funding and models of school nursing. We are inviting all school nurses (and school administrators) to complete the survey by June 10, 2022. Feel free to share with your school nursing friends/colleagues.
We know this has been a crazy year with lots of requests of survey regarding COVID and promise this is not another COVID request 🙂. School nurse staffing, funding, substitutes (where applicable), and recruiting new school nurses has been a real concern across the nation and we want to help! Click here to access the survey, which should take about 15 minutes to complete.
We value your time; and as a show of our appreciation, you are eligible to enter into a random drawing for a $25 or $50 gift card. To enter, simply click on the link at the end of the survey. This link will take you to a separate page where we can capture your contact information while ensuring your survey responses remain anonymous.
The results of the survey will help us identify different and innovative ways to support school nursing and address some of the immediate challenges we are facing as a profession. We can only do it with your help by completing the survey. When the term school nursing is used it means a nurse working in a school (unless otherwise indicated).
We recommend you take the survey on a tablet or laptop as a few of the questions towards the end may be more difficult to do on a phone.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
