  • 1.  Interface between Student Information System and State Immunization Registry

    There is a question on the NASN Board of Directors Community that I am hoping someone has the answer for.  One of the Directors is looking to see if there is an interface between any student information systems and the state immunization registry.  (like Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, etc. ).

    The system that I use does not have that capability-I need to add all immunization data myself.

    Char, there has been an interface project between the different School Information Systems (SIS) and the WIR that DPI is assisting with. Here is the webpage that explains it.

    Most of the main Wisconsin SISs (Skyward/PowerSchool/infinite Campus) joined the project and were operational this school year. A few took longer. But if a school opts in they can have the students' WIR record download directly into the SIS.
